Mental Health Resilience® Training lays the groundwork for understanding mental health and the key factors that influence it. This course offers practical tools to build and strengthen your mental health skills, promoting resilience and well-being in everyday life.

This certified training, developed by MIELI Mental Health Finland, provides practical strategies to build resilience and strengthen emotional skills. It is interactive, evidence-based, and accessible to anyone interested in enhancing their mental well-being.

  • Self-study assignments to deepen understanding.

Training Details

  • Dates: Tuesdays 4.11, 11.11, 18.11, 25.11 and Thursday 27.11

  • Time: 17:00 – 18:30 EET

  • Format: Online (Zoom) – 5 sessions (total 14h including assignments)

  • Price: EUR 140 per participant (includes a digital Mental Resilience book)

  • Certification: Participants who complete all sessions receive an official Mental Health Resilience® certificate (MIELI ry).

Facilitator

Leila El Krekshi – is a Mental Health Resilience Facilitator certified by Mental Health Finland and Yoga for the Nervous System Practitioner with a multidisciplinary background in international development, human rights, and holistic wellbeing. She has worked across Europe, North Africa, Asia, and East Africa with organisations including the UN, EU, and NGOs. The past years, her work focused on refugee mental health, radicalisation, and human trafficking support.
