Meet Leila

Leila is a Mental Health Resilience and Classical Yoga Practitioner with a focus on the nervous system. With a multidisciplinary background in international development and human rights—and field experience across Europe, Africa, Asia, and the MENA region—she supports individuals and professionals facing high stress, emotional strain, or burnout. Her embodiment approach is influenced by a long-standing background in Afro-Brazilian dance, capoeira, and the Silvestre Technique—disciplines that continue to inform how she works with the body, rhythm, and presence in her current practice. Through a blend of movement, breathwork, and psychoeducation, she offers 1:1 sessions focused on yoga for the nervous system, mental health courses, and embodied stress workshops designed to build resilience and restore balance. Services are available in person and online.
