These one-on-one sessions offer a trauma-informed, body-based approach to nervous system regulation and stress recovery. Ideal if you’re experiencing chronic stress, fatigue, or seeking greater emotional balance. These personalized sessions support emotional regulation, nervous system balance, and deeper self-awareness. Each session blends gentle movement, breath, and nervous system-based practices to help you reconnect with your body and restore calm.

Each session is tailored to your needs and may include:
