An accessible workshop exploring everyday stress and coping habits. Includes discussion, self-reflection, and simple tools to support emotional well-being. This workshop is about practicing pause, turning the switch off to better cope with stress and external pressures.
Living the flow
Inspired by yoga, intuitive movement, and the Silvestre Technique to connect to the ebbs and flows of the body and mind. This practice invites participants to move with awareness connecting to 4 elements of nature. This movement practice provides a space to assist with the flow and processing of emotions and releasing of tension. A powerful yet accessible experience for anyone seeking embodied expression and release while challenging one to go to the core of what really matters to onself.

Mental Health Resilience® 1 Training lays the groundwork for understanding mental health and the key factors that influence it. This course offers practical tools to build and strengthen your mental health skills, promoting resilience and well-being in everyday life.
During this training, you will have the opportunity to reflect on your mental well-being and that of your closed ones. A central theme of the course is learning how to nurture and strengthen mental health through actionable insights.
